Let me share this story.
So I was very very close to this family in my community. That's the only place I'd visit when I'm in the village.
Let's call the woman Mrs K and the man Mr K.
Mrs K is a very beautiful woman, she has the height, her back side is banging and her front is perfect. You wouldn't even know she has 5 kids already.
She was a very loyal and submissive wife to her husband but man doesn't see her at all.
She almost lost herself in the marriage.
Mrs K was very very industrious, she would do farm works, uproot cassava, fry garri, do house chores and lots more without complain. You know all these village hardworking and virtuous women vibes, she exceeded all.
It got to some point, Mr K who has been misbehaving secretly all of a sudden start doing his things openly.
He would go to Bayelsa to be with his other woman and spend few times with his family in the village.
It became a norm for him.
Mrs K would cry and beg her husband to stop treating her the way he was but he'd claim he is a man and can do whatever he pleases.
Some persons got involved, both Families and friends intervened, but man felt Mrs K cannot do with him.
Mrs K just wanted her complete family despite the fact that she was the one managing the home with farm proceeds.
Mr K was balling and forming single man while Mrs K was roasting in the marriage.
I don't know who advised Mrs K, but One day, Mrs K decided to baff up and stop doing farm works.
All the good wife quality dropped.
She took her kids to her supportive relatives place and she began to slay; most times she'd travel for days and come back.
If you see Mrs K this time, she was glittering, see fine women, ah ya! Some people fine.
So because Mr K was bringing his Side piece home to introduce as his soon to be second wife, Mrs K starting going out and in until we heard she rented a place in Port Harcourt where she took all her kids along side.
Mr K would rant and rant and rant until he started begging his wife to come back to her formal self of submissive wife but it seems the gate of Mercy has been shut.
Mrs K would go spend the night outside and come back in the morning and husbandman would even welcome her with a warm bath.
Mrs K no longer cares; seems she got herself a man too who was sponsoring her new lifestyle. She refused to give her husband a second chance in the marriage.
Few months down the line Mr K brought his side piece home to the village and they started living as husband and wife.
It was not up to 6months, side chic showed her true character; she would not be submissive, she won't cook, she won't go to farm like Mrs K does and hunger started hitting them because Mrs K was surviving and managing the home with the farm proceeds she had sowed in the sowing season.
Fights started; everyday Mr K is fighting with his side woman and she would beat him up. He became the woman of the house while side piece became the man.
He tried sending Side piece packing but she is adamant. He would send messages across Mrs K to come back, Mrs K said she is done with the marriage.
Man is still in the village suffering till now while Mrs K is balling and investing in herself and children.
I thank God for Mrs K, she took the right decision for herself and kids.
Any man or woman who would cheats and disrespect you continuously in the marriage is an enemy to the Constitution.
I bumped into Mrs K some days ago and I couldn't recognize her anymore.
