“ Doctor's advice to all women for 2025”

Some very important advice from a doctor to all women. The advice is simple and clear. Please share it with every woman you care about so we all can be alive, get healthier and be better in 2025!!!

1. You cannot complete all household chores in one day. Those who did are gravely ill and some have already been buried.

2. Please make time to rest. There's no sin in sitting down, putting your legs up on the table and popping popcorn while reading a book or just relaxing.

3. Please sleep if you need to, that headache will go away.

4. Stop taking sedatives to sleep, you destroy your brain and organs. At some point you'll notice you start forgetting things. Relax the brain, worry less, think less, smile more. Everything passes with time.

5. Sometimes quietly sit outside alone, do nothing, say nothing, just admire God's handwork, breathe fresh air calmly. Do not hurry.

6. Stand by your mirror, smile at yourself, dance, sing, that will create a positive aura around you so you can glow.

7. Buy yourself a snack or two or a drink if you choose. Just do something for yourself so you unload things in your head.

8. Buy the necessary gadgets for your home to ease your work and avoid stress. Stress is the biggest silent killer of women.

9. If you don't feel well, say so, do something about it, go to a health center, hospital or call a nurse nearby, don't sit still. Your life matters.

10. Check your blood pressure and sugar levels occasionally, whether you are sick or not. It has saved many women in the past. Trust me in this.

Don't forget to share with all the women you love and help them enjoy 2025 in
good health and abundance.

Ladies, this is a reminder to all of us.

Understanding the Date Marking:

The date format is usually a letter followed by two digits:

A, B, C, D: Represents the quarter of the year:

A = January to March

B = April to June

C = July to September

D = October to December

Digits: Indicate the year.

For example:

B23: Cylinder needs testing by June 2023.

C25: Cylinder needs testing by September 2025.

Checking if the Cylinder is Valid:

1. Smell:
Cooking gas has a rotten egg smile A strong smell near the cylinder or gas stove indicates a leak.

2. Hissing Sound:
A hissing or whistling sound near the cylinder, hose, or regulator suggests a gas escape.

3. Physical Symptoms:
If you feel dizziness, headache, or nausea while near the cylinder, it could indicate a gas leak.

Detection Methods

1. Soapy Water Test:

Step 1: Turn off the gas supply at the regulator.

Step 2: Mix soap and water to create a foamy solution.

Step 3: Apply the solution to the valve, regulator, and hose connections using a sponge or brush.

Step 4: Look for bubbles. If bubbles form, it indicates a leak.
Do not use flames or matches for detection.

Please be informed before you start baking for the year, kindly check the the pipe that is connected from your Oven or gas stand to your cylinder, if it is well intact.

Rat might has eaten the pipe a little while you went for holiday, which can be an access for gas to pass through, resulting a leakage.

Your life and that of your workers are important, always strive for preventive measures.

HOW TO KNOW YOUR GAS CYLINDER EXPIRY DATE;

Expired cylinder can explode any time once the expiration date elapses and that makes it a time bomb. Each gas cylinder’s expiry date is coded on the side of the cylinder in alphabetical order. A,B,C,D in quarters.

A is for March, 1st Qtr

B is for June, 2nd Qtr

C is for Sept, 3rd Qtr

D is for Dec, 4th Qtr

There is a two-digit number that follows.. Example: D06.
So if you have D06 on your cylinder, it means that it has expired Dec 2006, and if it is A22, it has expired in March 2022.
If it is C23, it is going to expire in September 2023

Bakers beware not to fall victim all in the name of purchasing second handed cylinder because it is cheap.

The life of your workers are more valuable than the money you make.

My cakes are bla bla bla ........
Friends and relatives don't patronize me or even give me wedding cake to do.

Is that for real ?

You bake the best cake, yet no one within patronize you or even see your good works.

It is an error for your cake to have all these attributes, yet no one still patronize you.

I heard good market sells itself,is the statement still true?

If YES, why are you bothered about who patronize you or not?

Look at the vicinity of where you are, can you count the total numbers of people around?

Those numbers is capable of giving you the patronage you deserve.

If only you will be insightful.

Why is your attention fixed on just selected few around?

You better wake up and think of a way forward.

A man said he used to pay 700k every 4 months for protection, that means before the year runs down he must have spent 2.1million naira .

According to him, he has been paying this sum every year.

I was so curious to know what kind of protection does he meant? Because I don't get it.

His aim of this payment every 4months interval is to fight against every charm that got across his way.

So, I asked if the protection has been working for him, he said yes with full assurance.

That means, if I decide to pay for a class to upgrade my knowledge with 2.1million naira, nobody should see me as if I don't have sense.

I need something to be working for me as well.
