I am an upcoming entrepreneur and packaging bottles are quite expensive, I saw a company who didn't engraved their business name on their plastic water bottles, meaning it a wast and no longer useful so decided to find usefulness on the bottle.

he will have his focus on that and ensure there is no mistake.
knowing that a slit mistake can collapse the home, he will focus and supervise the construction with much effort and commitment, he will decorate it, beautify it and ensure everyone is safe and secured.
women are the labourer.
meanwhile, they have say as how, where to place the right materials as they are the one doing the major work, they ensure you are at the right track, confirming you are directing them to do the right thing. so give them voice, and listen.

Once the man loose focus, the women stop working, they stop working not because they don't know what to do but because they want to keep to the plan.

Men please be focus, work stop where your focus is deviated.
