HONORABLE CHISOM GBALI RECEIVES THE PLANNING COMMITTEE OF OYIGBO CARNIVAL

~ As He Pledge to Support The Event.

Today, 30th Nov., 2023, the planning committee of Oyigbo Carnival, 2023 edition- under the Directorship of Comr. David Ikechi paid a visit to Hon. Chisom Kenneth Gbali PhD, Honorable Commissioner for Youth Development, Rivers State for partnership/support.

Speaking at the meeting, the Director General of this year’s edition, Comr. Ikechi David, thanked Hon. Chisom Gbali for his warm reception, even as he appluads him for the works done so far, since he assumed office as Commissioner for Youth Development, Rivers State.

Comr. David, also used the opportunity to share with the Honorable Commissioner the idea behind the program as it will promote peace, unity, and the cultural identity and heritage of Oyigbo ethnic nationality.

Hon. Chisom Gbali expressed gratitude for the wonderful innovation and pledge to participate fully in the program for the overall benefits of Oyigbo LGA and endorsed the carnival.

The Carnival is slated for:
