HOW TO MAKE KULI KULI 👉GROUNDNUT CAKE

If you like to drink garri like i do, LOL!! Then you dont have to drink it empty, this is a perfect snack with it.

RECIPE
👇

3 serving
4 cups groundnut (dry)
A cup of garri or oven dry
10 dry pepper(ungrounded)
Salt to taste.

PROCEDURE
👇

Get a clean pan, place on heat

Add 1 cup of garri or oven dry, allow to heat for 8mins

Add groundnut and roast for 5mins

Allow to cool then remove the groundnut skin

Add the pepper and ground the groundnut with table grounding engine then add salt to taste

Knead thoroughly

Sprinkle water at intervals then squeeze out the oil until you get enough to fry the mixture

Place the dough on pastry board

Roll over with rolling pin

Cut little by little, place on pan and make it round

Place pan on heat

Add the oil from groundnut then allow to heat for 3mins

Put the kuli kuli then allow to fry for 8mins

Kuli kuli is ready. Is very very good for snack
