Influencing Guest Experience Positively!
You will agree with me that most hospitality industries/ services providers are not doing a really good job.
So many things are lacking!
Business are not making returns!
Staffs are not well trained!
Staffs do not know the nitigrities of meeting company goals and driving Revenue!
Guests experience is shady and inconstant.
In this case, from a first hand experience, working with some of the best Hospitality group across Asia and beyond.
Working with well renowned International Executive chefs and operation managers,
I will say my little take home in ensuring positive guest experience includes
* You should intentionally use your skills to improve guest lives and their encounter with you or your company
* In facing or handling guest to ensure the best experience, you should be patient at all times, most especially when engaging with clients/ guests
* You most be a strong and good communicator. Your message should be pass clearly and effectively to your guests/ clients.
* you should possess/ have a great problem-solving skills.😊. Be able to foreseen situations and proffer solutions with confidence by the side.
* Multitasking should be something you enjoy doing,( no lazing around while others do the job alone) you should be able to handle several tasks at same time without any fallout. ( in doing this know your limit and don’t get overwhelmed)
* Having fun working in a stimulating setting that is energetic. You need all the strength and fun to keep your clients/ guests happy in ensuring extraordinary guest experience.
* Great customer service, you should be particular about your Clients / Guests feelings with every experience with your brand.
