You are welcome, to be part of our Peruvian Gastronomy workshop! What is our workshop about?
We’ll learn a little more about Peru, a country with an ancient culture. We’ll have an introduction to Peruvian gastronomy and see some of its native products. Together, we’ll make Mise en place of the Causa Rellena and Ceviche, prepare the dishes, and assemble the plates. Finally, we’ll have lunch, where we’ll taste the prepared dishes and also have a pre-prepared hot dish of chicken and rice(Arroz con pollo). For drinks we will offer a Pisco Sour and a soft drink.
