Not a regular ride but a full emotional journey.
Even after 10 days, I am not over the TED Impact Program Pitch Day. I am still vibing about the response on that same very day I got from the audience, the interest and pure joy from the other pioneers, the smiles of the attendants... and now also vibing from the feedbacks I am receiving from unknown people who comes at the market and taste the Polpette di Pane.
What a journey, started with You...thanks to You TED's crew. My deepest Grazie, from the bottom of my heart!

This is a new way to imagine "meatballs" !

Meatballs without meat... Cheesy Balls with "almost" WASTED bread... almost yes, because the bread for Polpette was actually SAVED from the waste!!

How beautiful to see that the tradition of the past Italians Nonna can save the world and help us to move actually forward to a Zero Waste Solution ❤️

Buona la prima! As we say in Italy... First time was good!!

Saturday I was for the first time at the and, well, it will not be the last time 😜

You can find me there all summer long - every 2° & 4° Saturday of the month⏰ from 9.30 to 16.30 - together with other authentic 🇮🇹 Italian vendors selling awesome meals & products with passion & care for good food!

On my table you will always find POLPETTE DI PANE to-go or to-eat on the spot (yes there are benches & seats too) + various products different every week!

Next one is on the 12th July, always at 📍Bosboom Toussaintstraat 70 (a small cute square on Bilderdijkstraat)

If you stay in the city for the summer well I hope to see you there guys! ☺️

Being contacted by friends from Belgium that want to surprise a bride with a picnic in the park.... When this happens I'm so so happy to share my enthusiasm with you, being there to explain what is on your tablecloth, who made it & what you are about to taste.

When I started to think about this business this was the core of it.. "bringing food at the location with my bakfiets, give the chance to have a picnic with high quality products".
This is still happening but not as the central activity of my business, life took many different directions & this is very normal in a business path I guess.

Happy married life to Lucia, happy time to her guests & friends. Love is the cure❤️ (as the great spread around the world).
