I am incredibly happy to announce that from May 2024 Polpetta Lokale Gastronomie is selling FRESH, ORGANIC & LOCALLY PRODUCED dairy cheeses made by .kaasmakerij

The small cheese factory is located 15 km from my kitchen (... Lokale Gastronomie, isn't it????) organic milk is from the surrounding areas of the city and cheese will be ready to pick up from Thursday to Sunday.
Oh and yes, I am the ONLY PLACE IN AMSTERDAM who sells these cheeses to privates!!!

From 2.5.2024 you can find fresh buffalo MOZZARELLA, fresh buffalo STRACCIATELLA & fresh buffalo BURRATA at my shop in Amsterdam west, address Nieuwpoortkade 9!

Madonna...I did it!
I cooked & delivered all by myself food for the End of the Year party of Adidas headquarters in Amsterdam. Me!!
I can't believe it. 100 people to feed with incredible good Puglia food. 26km riding through the city. Tiredness and happiness.

From today on I am in the (short) list of the Booking.com food suppliers.
It's been a year of incredibly difficult times that I never share publicly, today's action changed my year and my future. I am deeply proud of myself, even when I cried & chose to go on, especially when I cried!
Thanks to all the people who stuck around me & thanks to me (as Snoop Dogg has taught me!)
