Locked-In is coming to 8sixA on August 3rd, bringing the heat from 23:00 to 05:00. This time, we’re serving up something special for an intimate dancefloor!

Manchester’s J6 leads the charge, fresh off a string of dope relesases. Expect deep, driving rhythms that’ll have you questioning reality by sunrise.

Uruguayan legend Marcos Coya joins the fray, armed with two decades of experience, Coya’s sets, influenced by Uruguayan pioneers like Bruno Gervais and Nicolas Lutz, promise the kind of tension and release that defines our parties.

The Locked-In crew rounds out the night, keeping things weird and wonderful as always.

8sixA’s concrete jungle provides the perfect canvas for this audio assault. From Mancunian grit to Uruguayan style and Amsterdam edge, we’re taking no prisoners.

After Noah Lyas made a podcast for the SKIN podcast series it was clear that a deeply rooted connection formed between the two collectives, Profundo and SKIN, fueled by the love for deep and experimental techno.

The only reasonable thing to do in such a case is join forces, right? On the 9th of December we will host an intimate gathering with a carefully curated line-up that will take you on a journey through the sounds- and scapes we love. Encouraging the embracement of auditory landscapes and the manifestation of a deep desire to breathe and live music, fostering an environment where unfamiliar sounds intermingle with one’s auditory journey; created by the combined narratives of artists.

The nature of this gathering lends itself perfectly for 8sixA, a small but mighty venue where every attendee feels at one with themselves. If you want to join us on this trip, make sure to purchase your tickets swiftly. The capacity is limited and you wouldn’t want to miss out on this one.

On The Mission is coming to Amsterdam and together with the local project , they will bring their listeners sound from different realities, worlds and dimensions 🔮💫.
The hypnotic Techno concept of On The Mission was originated and founded by Nitromi Galien (.galien ) in Slovakia, an alien artist and passionate deep Techno lover.
The idea behind this concept is to support the underground community and its music, as well as transmit specific energy to the audience.

Krad Collective lands in Amsterdam in order to co-host a club night with 8sixA.
The sound of Krad focuses on driving and hypnotic Techno. The collective showcases music by artists like Samuel L Session, Xhei, NWHR and Slight Function.
The recently released "Statement 3.0" compilation includes tracks from the Amsterdam-based artists R/D/V and PHYC.

About the artists:

Donatas Bielunskis is a Rotterdam based artist, navigating through the variety of genres. Best known as a bass player in various jazz related projects, in 2021 he started a solo project, which was heavily inspired by Indian classical music and ambient. After releasing his EP “Hidden Variables” he then drifted further away into electronic music and will release first single under the artist name Ondo in the end of December 2022.

Dorit Weintal/Salvoandrea Lucifora - dance/trombone and live electronics

Dorit Weintal is an Amsterdam based, choreographer, performer and interdisciplinary artist, the artistic director of Faido Dance Company. She ​creates theatre with an interest pulled from literature, cinema, philosophy, and science. www.doritweintal.com

Salvoandrea Lucifora (1990) is a multi-instrumentalist, improviser, composer and educator originally from Sicily (IT) based in Amsterdam(NL) and active in the European creative music scene. He plays brass instruments, his main instrument being the tenor trombone and he also performs on tuba, sousaphone and trumpet also adding live electronics to his set.
