It’s been a while since we posted a personal photo! Originally started this Instagram to take you along with me in the wedding planning process and share the final results, but I’ve noticed that the days fly by, and I either forget or end up behind the computer doing the planning instead, which isn’t exactly photogenic 😂.

But… here we are! Ready for the new wedding season, kicking it off next week with two beautiful weddings. Can’t wait! 🧡🧡🧡
But first, I enjoyed a lovely networking event today at . The wedding venue where I had my first “official” wedding in 2022. And guess what? We’re back this summer! Like a sunflower, I’m totally recharged with this sunny weekend. Let’s goooo!! 🌞

and Chris rented a horse carriage on their wedding day. It wasn’t something they had initially planned, but hey, why not, they thought? Looking back, they felt it was one of the highlights of their day. A moment together, while feeling like royalty as they rode through the city of Amsterdam—complete with a quick stop at the Rijksmuseum 📸
I mean, how often do you get to ride through Amsterdam in a truly beautiful carriage (seriously, it was gorgeous—shoutout to Stalhouderij De zadelhoff) with the most amazing horses🐴❤️❤️?

Sometimes, the best moments are the ones you never expected. As a wedding planner, I believe it’s important to take some time for just the two of you—because before you know it, the day will be over in the blink of an eye!

19. Wedding location | inspiration🌟

Wow, I just realized it’s been almost a year since I last shared a location visit! In the meantime, I’ve explored other places and, of course, visited some stunning venues for V&V weddings. But can you guess where this one is? 💭

It’s an iconic hotel in Amsterdam that almost everyone knows, thanks to its central location on Dam Square. Somehow, I’d never had the time or opportunity to visit—until now! 👀

Did you know this location started as a coffee house in 1866? Now, it’s a spacious hotel with over 400 rooms—which is huge!! 💥

One of its architectural highlights, in my opinion, is the Winter Garden (the name perfectly matched yesterday’s endlessly rainy day btw 🌧️🥹) - a gorgeous, bright space with modern elements like glass and steel. It reminds me of a mix between a unique train station and a botanical orangery. The White Room also really stands out with its timeless elegance 🤍🤍.

I also discovered there are so many options here, from accommodating large guest numbers to offering exclusivity, spa possibilities, multiple event rooms, and even flexible sound limits—not something you often see in a hotel in Amsterdam. So glad I finally got to experience the beauty of Hotel Anantara Grand Krasnapolsky. Thanks for the fun tour and all the info, Mafalda and Jean! ✨

Wow! I received some absolutely beautiful and happy photos from the amazing power couple and Chris. Just look at this 🩷💐📸

This milestone is extra special because on top of it, .events is officially celebrating its 2-year anniversary! Unbelievable how time flies. Of course, our journey with weddings began even earlier. 07.09.2024 | Goosebumps for this beautiful V&V couple on their incredible wedding weekend—what a BIG party it was! ☀️💍🧡🍸

Arthur & Cat were the first couple to sign with Vows & Vibes in 2022, and it was an honor to close our 2024 wedding season with their unforgettable celebration. Their vision? Vibrant summer colors, a relaxed vibe, great wines, overnight stay, games, and tons of MUSIC! We found the perfect venue at Kasteel van Oijen (highly recommended!❤️), complete with minigolf holes, karaoke pizza pre-party nights, many bands and endless fun 🎶.

We helped them every step of the way, from finding the perfect venue, brainstorming on the program and securing all vendors such as the soul band that made their party wish come alive. It all came together during the last, warm weekend of September! 💃🏼🕺🏼

Arthur and Cat, I can’t believe it’s all over, but I’ll always smile thinking about our time together. Thank you so much for trusting me with your big day, your sweet review and I wish you all the happiness in the world! You ROCK!!🧡🧡🧡🫶🏻
