In this workshop, we will show you how to transform your kitchen waste into new snacks and flavours, introducing the basic principles of fermentation, such as making kombucha and sauerkraut, and how you can do this at home, even if youāre a complete beginner. Weāll guide you through the process and give you the knowledge to do it yourself.
