It’s a kind of immersive-art, that implies a broad range of art performances: they are united by the originality of the form, platform, or contact with the viewer, as well as a wide spectrum of genres.

We’re starting the year with exciting plans and dreams, and we’ve decided to try something new—sharing our visions and ideas with you!

One of these dream ideas is an art retreat in the forest. Imagine stepping into a beautiful forest and following a path guided by the soft glow of candlelight and the enchanting scent of nature. Eventually, you arrive at a small clearing where a stunning textile installation stands, illuminated with magical projections.

People wander through the space, exploring the installations. Each one offers a unique immersive experience—some ignite your imagination with sound, others with visuals, or even with scent. Every corner of the retreat invites you to connect deeply with art and your senses.

This creates a lot of frustration, and many people feel lost. But you know what? Artificial Intelligence can’t make good jokes! It can’t replace human energy or warmth. Tomorrow, I’ll be facilitating the game “Hello World”, which I developed for Tunga company, based on the company’s values and mission (you can see the pilot event on the second slide). Together with Ernesto and his team, we created this experience inspired by Joseph Campbell’s Hero’s Journey. This game (or rather, this business journey) is a powerful tool to uncover blind spots in your business strategy and personal approach!

In the meantime, I’m thrilled to share something new I’ve been working on: my Mythological Journey Workbook. This isn’t just about the Hero’s Journey—it’s a deep dive into the Heroine’s Journey, the vast world of mythology, and the philosophies of Mircea Eliade, including his studies of ancient religions and rituals.

I believe this workbook can be a valuable tool—not just for personal development but for business growth as well. It reveals the deeper meaning behind your decisions and opens up hidden layers of insight, helping you approach both life and work with renewed clarity and purpose.

As Ken Wilber wisely described, technology is a double-edged sword. Artificial Intelligence (AI) can be a remarkable partner in personal growth—helping us research, structure knowledge, and expand our horizons. Used wisely, AI can serve as a teacher, a coach, and a study companion. However, it’s essential to remember that AI cannot walk the path for you. It lacks empathy, intuition, and the ability to feel—it can only analyze and process accumulated data and experiences.

AI is a tool, not a guru. If we embrace it as a supportive companion in our journey of self-discovery, it can enhance our learning and understanding. But it’s up to us to integrate these insights into our lives.

When designing immersive experiences, I aim to weave in elements of sacredness—rituals, ceremonial touches, and moments that help participants shift into a different frequency. These practices help us move from the noise of daily life into the intentional spaces I create. Sacredness deepens the connection to art, ourselves, and the people around us.

Recently, I was working on a tailor-made business game for an IT company. It was an amazing experience since our values are aligned. We are both into adventures and deep connections. As a result, an immersive game that was designed to inspire and provide insights took place last week as a pilot. Surely, some more work should be done to make it smoother and flow better, but it was such an incredible experience! First of all, I love working with people and being a catalyst for transformation, creating experiences that are insightful and meaningful. It was a pleasure to see participants dive all the way into the game, networking, sharing their ideas, and writing down some valuable thoughts. The energy there was fantastic! I am very grateful to my client for their trust and creative freedom! It was such a pleasure to create something so special! I will share more details about the project as soon as we finish it!

Coming back from vacation with an interesting perspective on team building and event organisation! Just before my trip, I came across the book “Finite and Infinite Games” by James P. Carse, and I found his ideas absolutely fascinating! Even more, without knowing about his book, I created my first game and named it “Infinite Transitions”. Great minds think alike! 😊

Anyway, I would like to share the main points of the book, in my opinion, and how they can be adapted into corporate culture and business practices, as well as events.

In short, embracing the infinite game mindset in team building and event organization fosters collaboration, continuous growth, and shared purpose. By focusing on long-term development and creating opportunities for ongoing engagement, we can build stronger, more resilient teams ready to innovate and adapt together.
