This artistic early spring bouquet was selected by Homo Faber Guide as part of my portfolio represented by the guide. I’m proud to be a member of this leading European initiative by the Michelangelo Foundation, a community dedicated to promoting craftsmanship, and have been part of it since 2021.

I created this bouquet using an enigmatic color palette: white, lavender, purple, blue, and eucalyptus green, featuring two contrasting shades of anemones, tulips, eucalyptus, and some delicate early spring branches.

I absolutely love this bouquet and the stunning series of images captured by Dutch photographer Cher van Pelt

Some of you might be wondering about the enigmatic model holding the bouquet. Let me introduce you to my dear friend Shalini Audhoe , a multifaceted talent from the Netherlands. She is an actress, model, dancer, singer, and martial artist, holding two Master’s degrees in Psychology. Shalini also graduated as an actress.

She has appeared in both theater and screen productions, most notably portraying Rupi Rampasat in the 6th season (2024) of the Dutch crime series Mocro Maffia, streaming internationally this year. Her theater credits include She Kills Monsters (2024) and the musical Chicago (2023), where she played Go-to-Hell Kitty and June.

Shalini was crowned Miss Indian Beauty Queen Netherlands and later earned the titles Miss Indian Globe 2018 and Miss Global India 2019.

Beyond the arts, she’s a fierce athlete, she became the Dutch National Boxing Champion in 2010 and District Champion in 2011. Her passion for boxing and martial arts continues to this day.

I love Shalini with all my heart and am incredibly proud to call this powerful, beautiful woman my friend! Hope you enjoy the story.

What a season it was! Filled with such beautiful memories. Every wedding and event we decorated this season had its own distinctive beauty in every detail. It was the honour of a lifetime to participate in the incredible Homo Faber 2024: The Journey of Life, which took place in Venice this September. I am humbled to be among 400 artisans and artists who contributed to this remarkable exhibition. It was a true pleasure to create the piece Throne of The Rose Fairy for the Afterlife section, in collaboration with the brilliant Amsterdam-based sculptor and artist Cedric Laquieze .

I love the set design of the Afterlife room, especially the gold-plated pyramid structure where our work is displayed.

Roses are deeply rooted in my work. My love and passion for them are insatiable. This floral design, “Rose Gardens of the World,” features over ten different varieties of luxury garden roses and premium roses, including unique Japanese Wabara Miyabi roses, French Black Pearl and White O’Hara roses, and Dutch Quicksand and Caffe Latte premium roses. The roses were arranged in a soft gradient, transitioning from cream to soft pink, soft beige, old pink, and deep red. The total volume of flowers used for this outstanding wedding ceremony backdrop exceeds 10,000 stems, covering roughly 100 meters of decoration, including the building décor on the outermost background. The organically shaped aisle, designed by , features floral rose islands nestled on specially created platforms by . For the monumental two-sided arch, we used French frames by , which helped create a full and grand look. I’m sharing with you this lovely film by featuring my wedding ceremony design created with over 25 different sorts of flowers and foliage, including 12 varieties of premium and luxury garden roses. This incredible wedding took place here in The Netherlands, in a 18th century estate . I worked closely with the designer and the planner of the wedding Shirley Pisano from . My team was really big: 30 florists and helpers. We used 30.000 flowers and foliage to make this dream wedding floral decor come true. It came out beautifully and precisely how I envisioned it. To decorate the four main areas we made 200 meters of floral decor. It was a dream project and a unique one-of-a-kind design. Good morning, beautiful people! ❤️ This is one of the most ambitious floral installations of my career so far: an impressive 50-meter-long garden-style floral decor for the historic building at here in The Netherlands. Huge thanks to Bart Bresser and his team for their incredible help with this design. We used the most beautiful roses in the world, including rare French Black Baccara roses and Japanese Wabara roses. The top-quality spray roses were locally sourced. Good morning, beautiful people! I hope you’re enjoying the start of the weekend. Here in Amsterdam, it’s sunny and beautiful. I’m planning a long weekend in nature to savor the summer weather. Before I go, I’d like to share these beautiful images by . This Mediterranean brunch setup, styled by , features a delightful mix of flowers, fruits, and vegetables. We used exquisite Japanese Wabara roses as the focal flowers. The large bar centerpieces were inspired by my Japanese teacher , who taught me to always finish off my arrangements to make them look lush and full. This unforgettable wedding was all about roses 🌹 Roses, specifically garden roses, are my favourite flowers. I named my floral design plan for the recent ultra-luxury wedding “Rose Gardens of The World” and curated selections of the world’s most beautiful roses for each area. We sourced the world’s weekly supply of unique Japanese garden roses from the cult Wabara brand, the French beauties Black Pearl and White O’Hara, as well as some of the most stunning Dutch roses: Quicksand and Cafe Latte. The spray roses used in the designs were locally grown, with unparalleled beauty and freshness that helped us create a genuine garden style with a glamorous twist, which I’m known for.

I’m thankful to all the growers and breeders who supplied us with many thousands of top-quality garden and premium roses. It was a unique opportunity to use over 12 different varieties of some of the world’s most beautiful roses in my designs across all the wedding areas. Huge thanks to my flower suppliers for their great help with the logistics and delivery 🫶
