A selection of canapès with brown cheese, shrimps, reindeer, smoked salmon, watermelon and feta, 6 hour beef, cloudberry and sea buckthorn tartelettes and brownies.

Buffet dinner with roast asparagus and quinoa salad, raspberry salad, grilled nectarine and mozzarella salad, venison with blackcurrant, smoked salmon, creamy potatoes and meatballs with Norwegian cheese and cream sauce.
