The Japan Festival presents a variety of typical Japanese authentic food . For example Taiyaki. Taiyaki, literally (baked sea beam) is a Japanese fish-shaped cake. The most common filling is red bean paste that is made from sweetened azuki beans.
Other common fillings may be custard, chocolate, cheese or sweet potato.
This baked sea beam is made by Specialities Handmade in Amsterdam. Come to the Japan Festival and taste their delicious deli

Diese Nachricht ist für alle die sich gewundert haben warum es um Specialities so ruhig geworden ist in letzter Zeit.

Wir sind vor ein paar Monaten Eltern geworden! 👼
Wir werden auch weiterhin unsere Taiyaki für Euch frisch zubereiten, aber wahrscheinlich werden es dieses Jahr ein paar Events weniger. 😯

Tijdens dit twee weken durende festival bloeit de Japanse kers tussen eind maart en eind april en is het Bloesempark in het Amsterdamse Bos op zijn mooist. De Japanse gemeenschap van Amstelveen viert....
