Guest Agency is een creative agency met een focus op merkactivaties, live marketing en events. Wij werken voor merken als Ketel One Vodka, Gordons Gin, Tanqueray Gin, Walt Disney, 24kitchen en Catawiki, Tijdens deze boeiende stage werk je mee aan de organisatie van diverse evenementen en merk activaties. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit de voorbereiding van evenementen en merkactivaties, het uitwerken van draaiboeken, het leggen van contacten en het maken van afspraken met partners en leveranciers. Je bent aanwezig tijdens de uitvoering en begeleidt de evaluatie. Je werkt in ons team nauw samen met onze senior project manager.

Kennis en vaardigheden:
Voor deze stage zoeken wij een enthousiaste (marketing, event management) HBO-student(e) met organisatietalent, oog voor detail en een aanpakkersmentaliteit. Je beschikt over goede spreek- en schrijfvaardigheden, je bent niet afwachtend en kunt goed samenwerken.
