Tonight's cooking workshop included some absolutely favorite Greek classic dishes:
Kolokythokeftedes (a.k.a. zucchinj patties)
Kolokythakia gemista (a.k.a. rice- and minced meat stuffed zucchini)
Melitzanes papoutsaki (aubergines stuffed with minced meat & topped with bechamel cream)
Galaktoboureko flutes
We also had a little chef with us, whose favorite of everything on the table was the Greek yogurt! 🤣

The dessert of today's catering order looks like our best-selling orange pie (a.k.a. portokalopita), but it's a twist of it, soon-to-be-addedto the catering menu: lemon-poppy seed pie, a.k.a. lemonopita.
Just like our portokalopita, it isn't too sweet and is perfect with tea or coffee, or as a dessert after your meal.

Another full-house workshop last evening with an all-vegan menu for , who had come to Olivity last May, and they wanted to repeat the experience.
I was told there was a waiting list, so they will just have to organize yet another workshop in the near future. 😍

Rice-stuffed courgette & cabbage leaves
Tahini-dark chocolate pralines

Catering for my beloved Orgelpark's post-Christmas party, which proved to be more eventful than intended due to an oven that decided to stop working overnight. 😱
I can't be more grateful for my amazing neighbors that came to the rescue, distributing baking trays between two ovens, so that everything was ready on time. thank you so much for whatsapping me photos of the pies, to make sure they were doing fine. ❤
