Today is World Suicide Prevention Day. We join the global call, led by the International Association for Suicide Prevention in partnership with the World Health Organization, to shift the conversation on suicide.

This year’s theme, “Changing the Narrative on Suicide,” urges us to move from silence, misunderstanding, and stigma toward openness, empathy, and meaningful connection.

It’s a day to check in with the people around us, to listen with empathy, and to create safe spaces where everyone feels seen, heard, and supported.
