This three day business trip was one of our most ambitious programs we have created in our 15+ years of planning events.

Traveling abroad allowed for a unique tailor-made program that included classic Italian elements all throughout the weekend. We also prioritized matching their activities with their company values, sustainably and family-owned businesses, as well. After the private museum tour, guests were invited to the famous Palazzo Gondi for an amazing meal, live music, rooftop views of the city of Florence, and live dessert making of the traditional Italia millefoglie. A perfect night to end their unforgettable weekend.

This group enjoyed an exclusive private tour of the iconic Uffizi Galleries; from the Birth of Venus by Botticelli to works by Leonardo da Vinci and Michelango, this gallery is truly a feast for the eyes.

To travel throughout Tuscany to their workshops, we provided guests with antique classic Italian cars! As they drove themselves along the winding streets, led by a guide, they felt truly immersed in Italian culture.

The other two workshops were also about smell and taste; a coffee tasting and a perfume making experience. Our guests even got to take their expertly handcrafted perfume home with them!

“A Journey of the Senses” was the theme of the weekend.

The first dinner was an authentic Italian meal prepared by a family-owned caterer, who focuses on sustainability by using every part of every ingredient. Guests used their senses to guess different unique ingredients in each course!
