When that Sunday evening falls during Ratherlost - 24 Hours, the Amsterdam-based Hitam will take us on a 2-hour hybrid live trip into the deep. Promising a groovy, yet murky fusion of his dancefloor material with a more experimental sound design approach.
He shared a few words with us about the unreleased music you’re hearing and his upcoming set:
“This track would be a good representation of the dynamic drive that I want to radiate throughout my live set. A deep and powerful low-end infused with organic and rhythmical textures that stimulate the senses. Tracks like these will form the base of the set, which I will blend with more percussive and moving elements from productions of other artists and my own.”
Having just launched his left-field orientated label Rhiza Semar, he’s making waves in right directions. We’re excited to hear what he has in store for us on August 18.
