It’s that time of the week again: Slow & Low BBQ Takeaway - OPEN FOR ORDERS!

Our menu last week was so popular, we’ve decided to run it again, so enjoy folks!

Smoked Pork Belly Burnt Ends are always a huge hit - and for good reason: juicy Pork Belly, smoked over oak for around 9hrs, cubed, and slathered with our Honey Beer Glaze, made with a delicious Porter from - just the right levels of sweet and savoury 🔥

As always, DM or email to order in advance and book a collection time.

Collection is from our production kitchen/smokehouse in the Waarderpolder - Tappersweg 43, Haarlem

On Friday 7 February, HOT TAKEAWAY is available - all other days the food is provided chilled, with simple heating instructions.

BEER & BBQ Pop-up Restaurant - Lokaal Haarlem - Sunday 2 February

First one of the year! We’re excited to be back at for our monthly Beer & BBQ Pop-up Restaurant. The perfect way to spend a Sunday: Slow & Low Smoked BBQ, a cosy Dutch bar, and a nice cold beer to wash it down with 🍻

We will be serving up our signature Slow & Low Smoked BBQ Trays, featuring a nice range of the best products we smoke/cook, perfectly portioned into a meal-sized tray. Veggies, we’ve got you! We always have a vegetarian tray on the menu (which is also popular with tables who want to try a bit of everything!), and don’t forget: the best beer selection in town 🔥

Tables are limited, so we recommend reserving, which can be done through the link in our bio.

BRIKETT Christmas/Festive Menu 2024! 🎄🎄🎄

Better late than never - we’ll be offering all of this delicious food over the festive period, with collections from 20-23 December, along with a handful of collection days before NYE as well.

The joy of smoked food is that it lasts well, so now’s the time to stock the fridge for the festive period!

Numbers will be extremely limited and most dishes will be smoked to order, so please get your requests in ASAP to avoid disappointment!

We’re making a lot of it this week, as it’s featuring on a big catering menu, also on our BRIKETT X Dodici Restaurant Takeover Menu, AND to package up to sell, Deli-style! Let us know if you’d like some for the festive season - it’s always a good one to have in the fridge in December! 🎄

Dry cured for a couple of days and cold-smoked over oak, it’s damn tasty: perfect for salads, on toast, to accompany champagne, or just stood at the fridge eaten straight out of the packet 😉

We’re back at Lokaal Haarlem, serving up Slow & Low Smoked BBQ, along with the best beer selection in town, from 16:00 on Sunday 1 December!

This edition expect a wintery twist - our Smoked Turkey was such a success for our Thanksgiving Menus, we decided to smoke a little more and it will feature on the trays 😋 (brisket lovers, don’t worry, that will still be there too!).

Our last edition was such a success, that our friends at have invited us back for another Restaurant Takeover Pop-up!

Expect something a little different from our classic Slow & Low BBQ - our chef/owner Graeme has designed a refined menu, with a nice range of plates to share, to be accompanied by a custom cocktail menu by Dodici’s Jim (did someone say brisket fat-washed bourbon? 👀).

Come with an appetite, as you’re going to want to try it all 💪

We are really excited to present our menu for this weekend’s pop-up restaurant to you, it’s definitely one of our best menus yet 💥

The menu is a refined twist on our classic BBQ, with both small and large plates, designed to be shared (or eaten all on your own, we won’t tell). Alongside some delicious Slow & Low Smoked BBQ, Jim at Jim has created a custom cocktail menu (did someone say brisket fat-washed bourbon? 👀), and of course, a pickle-back with BRIKETT pickle juice.
