Gardening and flowers have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, be it my grandparents' flower garden in my childhood years, my first bouquet attempts in my teenagers years or my own flower business these days. They became my passion when I realised that being around flowers the time slowed down, the world's "buzz" turned silent and my creativity took over. You can imagine that whe

n time came to get married flowers were to be a major contributor to the magic of my most special day to date. Without enough self-confidence and aiming for perfection initially I tried contracting professional services for my wedding's floral arrangements. It wasn't too long till this became challenging as I could hardly find someone to match the expected attention to details although the tariffs were sky-rocketing. Eventually I decided to take this matter into my own hands (literally) so I've ended up creating all the bouquets and floral arrangements for my wedding. I was so proud and happy with the outcome and got so much supportive feedback from both family, friends and outsiders that a dream was born: Maria's Dream

Basically, Maria's Dream is about pursuing my passion for flowers, about bettering my skills for floral compositions and in doing so about bringing a moment of joy in everyone's life who let themselves be "touched" by flowers!
