Joy is a sparkle in the blink of an eye.

Why do we keep a small group with all this space?

The camping is also home of one of ROJ creators, so we aim for a small group of very committed participants. We want you with a full yes and we also want to make sure that the venue stays cosy and cared for.

🌈 Part of creating this event in the Netherlands is the weather: rain is always an option! So be ready for the unexpected, bring layered clothes and enjoy what is, trusting that is always what is needed.

Activities are outdoor under a big circus tent, and we also have an inside small training room where we also eat and cook! It's a living space and we treat it as our home. 🌿

Folklore, masks, and embracing what's hidden are just some keywords of the 3days exploration of this year.

━━━ Do you have an age limit?
No! As long as you feel the call, we believe in the beauty of sharing between different age ranges. Our usual target is around 25-55, but we're very open on this matter!!

━━━ What is it?
ROJ is a self-development festival & retreat, meaning we combine the vibe of a festival, the quietness of a retreat and the growth of a self-development program.

A time to celebrate life and recharge our aliveness battery

━━ How does it work?
We start Friday after lunch, we close sunday after lunch.
In between you'll enter a program flow designed to feel playful, and connected with yourself and the community.

🦜 TOOLS: embodiment, systemic work, rituals, expressive arts

━━ Can I be part of the team?
We unfortunately don't have more spots for this, but you can share your gifts in the open slots before, between or after the sessions :)

━━ Do you rent tents?
We will connect you in a telegram group before the festival so you can organise among participants, the camping is not renting materials but we trust in the community support!
