Influenced by the sounds of iconic artists like Armand van Helden, his love for ’90s house became the cornerstone of his musical journey. Lorrie is known for his warm and soulful sound, which forms the foundation of sets that effortlessly blend classic grooves with modern explorations. While house music remains at the heart of his craft, Lorrie’s versatility shines as he weaves in elements of minimal house, deep house, garage house, and deep electro influences. Marc Michael a Maastricht based DJ (and beginner producer), who co-founded the collective Project CVD. In his music he strives to achieve new combinations and his goal is to get people moving, physically as spiritually. Marc Michael’s music is characterized in being diverse, he doesn’t stick to one or two genres, but he concerns himself in different sounds. Kai Stein’s style defies categorization. Rooted in raw, playful techno, old-school tech house, progressive house, and hypnotic techno, with influences from trip-hop, rock, and psychedelic lounge, his sound is uniquely “Kai Stein.” His sets often feature only his own productions. KARISH is a DJ/ producer known for her rhythmic bounce sound. Blending trancey, groovy, and funky music into an energetic experience on the dancefloor. Her journey began in 2022 as one half of the duo Flowing Energy, where they performed at venues like Now & Wow. The duo’s tracks earned support from artists like JKS, Antigone, Southstar, and Sim0ne. Now fully embracing her solo career, KARISH is enjoying the ride and making moves on her own terms. She’s performed at iconic venues like Complex and gained support from several artists like DR. Hoesphine is a female DJ from the Netherlands. From the moment she discovered electronic music, she fell in love with exploring new sounds and the art of mixing. Always curious about the experience of playing her favorite tracks in front of a crowd, she went from playing at her small student room to playing in bigger clubs and festivals around Europe. Her preferred genre is fast changing, energetic and groovy tunes, but she really likes to play whatever and whoever inspires her in that moment. 4 years ago it all started, two friends with a passion for music and parties, combining our forces and creating Project CVD. We went to every basement, kitchen, attic, living room, hotel, garden, you name it. And ofcourse the craziest adventure, the big Haloween Warehouse edition. The pandemic was CVD her starting journey to the bigger stage. After two years of silent disco parties we met the 2 brothers, who fell in love with the concept and by bundling our forces, we went for the next step. From several LBB editions, to Muziekgieterij and eventually their first edition in Utrecht. During this journey we kept meeting new people. New people who supported their mentality, loved their community and came to their events with full anticipation. Because at CVD they could truly be themselves and enjoy the music, without having to worry about any other thing. This amazing community we have build is what makes Project CVD the thing she is today.
