Kleinschalige metalfestivals zijn toch net zo tof als de festivals met grote namen. Dat is in ieder geval mijn mening. Zo ook de Westland Metal Meeting in de Noviteit in het Zuid-Hollandse Monster. Waar zowel bands met eigen muziek als coverbands van metalgrootheden uit de jaren tachtig en negentig....

𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝗡𝗲𝘄𝘀!

As you may have read this week, we have parted ways with our bassplayer Frank van Boven. But we are very happy and proud to present you his successor...𝗞𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗲 𝗞𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗳𝗺𝗮𝗻 (𝗮𝗸𝗮 "𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗞𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗳" ) ! You may know him from his bassduties in X-Tinxion and as of per now he will also be a full member of Disquiet. 14th of october will be his first show at Westland Metal Meeting . Raise your horns for Kornee!🤟

𝗔 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗞𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗲

Many times I have seen Frank van Boven rocking with Disquiet, he has contributed to a fantastic new record. I have enormous respect for his choice and it is an honor to take over from him. I wish him all the best and hope to see him both in front of and on stage!
Nowadays partner in crime in the Thrashband X-tinxion together with Menno Ruijzendaal and I am very motivated to start at Disquiet!

Remember: It’s the bass that makes them move 😉
