🛎️Menu:
Green lentil carrot pepper soup (vegan, gluten-free)
🇹🇷 Babaganoush
Pesto tempeh 🥦 pasta (vegan, gluten and soy free)

📌 Pasta salad instructions :
1️⃣ Boil your pasta ❗gluten-free pasta takes 10 min max to be ready)
2️⃣ Marinate your tempeh and let it sit for couple of hours or overnight (see my previous post for the recipe)
3️⃣ Roast your tempeh Marinated cubes in heated oven for 200C, 20 min. ❗Medium-rack
4️⃣ Roast your veggies, 🥦 and red peppers (ramiro) 😉 200C,10 min max.
5️⃣ Coat your cooked pasta with pesto and include all, with some corn.
📌 Tip: add grated mozarella cheese and heat your pasta bowl in the oven, cheese melts and becomes more delicious.
