Hello Everyone,

Hope all of you are doing well. I am happy to inform you all that I am restarting my weekly menu service on the occasion of Easter. We have been keeping busy catering to parties, events, food stalls and private orders. Thanks for being patient and for all your support. Dear Friends,

Hope all of you are doing well. Its been a crazy busy year with lots of catering activity for Amma di vanta. And hence I have not had the time to post any updates or pictures on the fb page.

Heres a glimpse from our most recent carering event in Eindhoven. It was a 250 ppl "Meet and Greet" event organised by the malayali community. It was a very successful event with a great spread 😋 A big shout out to the volunteers who helped us with all the arrangements.

Dear Friends,

Thank you for placing your orders for today. Please find another exciting menu for this Friday. Based on popular demand, I have brought back the famous Lemon Rice and Pepper chicken dishes for this Friday. The red snapper fish fry is a great relish for a Friday evening for fish lovers and the Aubergine fry for vegetarians. The pakodas need no mention as they are an all-day snack and is becoming a favourite among my patrons and hence can’t keep that one away from the weekly menu.

Kindly place your orders strictly by 12pm on Thursday as a lot goes into planning and preparing the dishes.

Dear Friends,

Hope all of you are staying safe, healthy and happy. I would like to first of all wish you all a very *happy New Year 2022!* The year that passed has been nothing less than a roller-coaster ride for me personally after having gone through the pain of losing my parents to Covid. It has taken this long for me to grieve, reconcile and come to terms with it and I would like to thank everyone for the love, support and strength that you have showered on me and my family during these testing times.

Having said that I'm happy to announce that * I will be resuming* the catering service shortly. I am extremely excited to get back to doing what I love and serving all of you with mouth-watering dishes straight out of Amma Di Vanta’s kitchen.

We are coming up with a Daily Lunch option where we will take pre-orders for lunch boxes that can be picked up from our location. This service will be available from Mon through Friday between 12pm and 1:30pm. Based on the response we get, we may also consider delivering these boxes within a 3km radius.

The idea is to serve homemade healthy, hot meals made with care and pride for folks working from the comfort of their homes.

Our *exciting* Friday dinner menu will continue to be available.

We will also be taking bday party orders, weekend party orders and other special orders on weekends based on availability.
