The idea to create Cook to Celebrate and Cook to Celebrate - Vitality came from a profound need to create and express passion that I have for baking bread, cooking and pastry. Food is a form of art and it happens to be one of the most accessible art forms we can experience on a daily basis. It can be in a form of a beautiful, healthy bread that will both nourish and delight. It can also be how we eat on a daily basis- elevating the moments we share with friends and family to memorable, aesthetic and often emotional experiences. So at Cook to Celebrate- Vitality, you can order your organic sourdough bread, healthy and beautiful catering, and much more. You can also come to learn as I organise practical workshops where I teach my methods and share recipes.
Daria, a passionate cook and baker, sharpened her skills at Lenotre, Paris, L'Ecole du Grand Chocolat Valrhona, FoodLab, Torino, Sadkiewicz Reasearch Institute of the Baking Industry, Bydgoszcz and various other institutes in Europe. A photographer and university lecturer by education, Daria combines visual art with her academic approach to food (the techniques, science and culture) and superb ex*****on.
Special moments around the table create memories! Food needs to be shared. It also needs to be viewed. And, finally it needs to be experienced. Welcome to Cook to Celebrate!
