Thank you whom took part in the course!
I’m so happy to create the wreaths together.
I suggested to create the simple wreath with Furu and Gran, because these two Christmas greens grow a lot in Norway.
We expressed the beauty of materials and designed with corns from Norwegian forest.

We'll make the simple wreath with natural materials, Pine/Furu and Abies/Gran in sustainable way as much as possible, decorate with some sorts of pine cones, and add 4 candles.(Materials might be changed.)

We'll make the wreath with winding technique.
The size will be diameter ca.35cm.
We'll accept max 8 participants each time.

Hanakubari Trial Course is available now.
Hanakubari is one of the techniques for floral arrangements without using floral form (Oasis) or Kenzan, but flowers are secured in place with natural materials such as branches, leaves, vines, stems, roots and so on, sometimes using together with stone, charcoal or the like.
Hanakubari is a method of arranging flowers which is gentle on the environment.
If you are interested in the course, please send DM.

Hanakubari exhibition with high school students at Sogn colony garden on 9th June 2023.
3 days course at the school I showed ca.40 techniques of Hanakubari, then the students selected some techniques which they wanted to work and created Hanakubari.
The last day we exhibited their creation at the garden.
Hope that they can use Hanakubari techniques in their future as florist.
