At the November 2022 Vulkana Supper Club event, Michelin star chef Thibaut Gamba wowed guests with dishes that perfectly captured his unique culinary style and life journey between France and Norway. 🇳🇴🇫🇷

The Norwegian waffle, elevated with the bold and distinct flavors of Maroille cheese and balanced with the tanginess of preserved blackcurrants, left a lasting impression on all who tasted it. Don't miss out on the chance to dine with award-winning Japanese chef Saori Ichihara on the 17th and 18th of June! Saori's culinary journey started in Osaka, and she moved to Sweden in 2014, bringing with her all her background and creating a new culinary wave where Nordic and Japanese cuisine meets in complete harmony. Her dishes are elegant yet understated, ambitious yet balanced, visually stunning, and an example of the knowledge and attention to detail that pervade Saori's whole idea of cooking🍴🇸🇪🇯🇵

Before starting her own adventure with ICHI, Saori worked at some of Sweden's most raved-about places, including Esperanto (*) and Oaxen Krog (**). She has also been awarded the Stella-award 2018 for Best Female Chef and was awarded 2018 Year's Star from White Guide 2018!

We are proud to present our next guests: chef Valerio Serino and partner Lucia De Luca from their Tèrra Restaurant in Copenhagen, which has recently been awarded the Green Michelin Star for sustainable practices 🥂

Tèrra is a sustainable and zero-waste restaurant, where every ingredient is used, and reused, up to 98%, while the remaining 2% is destined for gardening or composting system 🍀

Valerio's approach is full of contamination, a crossroads between the Italian tradition and the Nordic approach: a tasteful cuisine, made of few ingredients, animal proteins reduced to a minimum, conservation techniques, and an aesthetic appearance devoted to minimalism. 💫
