AND Network Founders Ashesh Pyakurel and Depesh Raut both still in same college had a similar desire to do something they can believe in and what they loved. They simply wanted to create something of value and often argue about different ideas and topics. Criticising each other and arguing about simple ideas and the way things work in common world led them in exploring the service industry, mainly advertisement and branding.
In 2017, AND Network was born and the founders sort themselves in the field of advertisement and branding. They both saw the potential in this field which has its own pros and cons. The driving force for their motivation was simply doing what they loved and they believed in simple philosophy “ Every Brand deserves a marketer that understands the value of the brand”.
From idea to owning an organization
3 years seems short period for a proper established organization, which actually is. And looking back it was a roller coaster. We did start our journey like any other advertising agency would do, following the online trends for branding and promotion and increasing our PR on the way. But, this world had very much to offer and the opportunity it provided we started grabbing each. We started exploring the field of marketing.
How our 3 years was you ask… well we will elaborate
It all started with simple online advertisement, the regular promotions and content designing. Then we started exploring different nature of organizations and started working accordingly.
Then came diversity on our doorstep. From College to Consultancy, National Bank also had a fair share of workload and demands which we now can say was a great initiative to look upon. Even Teleshopping world was their to explore.
And, somehow we got into nepali movie industry and found ourselves experimenting and implementing various techniques and functions we had learned during our time with corporate clients and how systematically things work for efficient ex*****on.
How we value content marketing...
Nepali movie industry taught us the value of treating a product or brand as time constant factor and had to deal accordingly. The major lesson we learned and still learning is the value of contents and its proper marketing. It revolves around the products to create contents which best support a product or organization, that ultimately plays a major role in exploring the subconscious minds of our consumers.
