What plans has Nepal Badminton Association implemented to find new talents? How existing National players will sustain for next 10 years? Why is Nepal Badminton Association formed?

Nepal Badminton Association is the governing body for badminton in Nepal. But the recent controversies regarding Coaching of Players, Technical Officials, Participation at International Tournaments, Rankings of Players has raised up question for ongoing Technical Official course.

The Association isn’t capable enough to make decisions & plans to Nurture Talents, Preserving Badminton Infrastructure, Keeping records of District organisations. It’s been more than 2 years the single AGM meeting isn’t held in the premises of Nepal Badminton Association or virtually. Badminton is growing very drastically in Nepal. Nepal Badminton Association failed to organise its own National Badminton Championship giving the excuses of COVID-19.

Badminton Technical Officials controversies has also hit the social media. Is this course really designed for finding New Umpires or just to coverup the weakness of Nepal Badminton Association?

Should Badminton Asia & Badminton World Federation need to cancel the membership of Nepal Badminton Association which is one of the most inactive sports association of Nepal ??
