What an AWESOME experience it was to speak at the 65th Owner Manager Program with The Icehouse!

It’s such a huge privilege to be their closing speaker as these incredible business owners get ready to put into practice all the progressive planning, motivation, and inspiration they’ve gained over the past 5 months, 3 days a month.

As I looked around the room while I spoke, there were tears, there was laughter, and most awesomely, connection. To have this and hear things like, “thanks for saying ‘instead of worrying what people may think,’” from people who are deep in the process of turning dreams into reality still gives me goosebumps.

The ‘oomph’ within this group was truly AWESOME, and I can’t wait to see how they continue to propel their businesses to new heights!
