Delicious local Spring produce crafted into a menu of sweets and savouries, a gorgeous young violin duo playing classical and cheeky pop, fresh spring florals from the Waygoods, and the pleasure of eachother's company... NZ Sparkling Wine and French Champagne available of the day...

and NO minimum numbers to book, woohoo! GF and Veg menus available, but no DF/vegan/other allergies this sitting.

August High Tea is this 3-4pm Saturday (13th) at Piha's Barnett Hall.

Titirangi’s Maria Elena will be playing classical/flamenco guitar, with beautiful florals from the local Waygood Gardens.

Plus a delicious menu of sweet and savoury treats inspired by our local and seasonal produce.

Tables of 6 are $210, so $35/person.
Glasses of NZ Sparkling Wine ($10) or French Champagne ($15) available on the day.

The late winter High Tea is coming up soon!

Saturday August 13th (3-4pm) at Barnett Hall.

YES this session is open to gluten free and vegan attendees*
Local produce, beautiful local florals, local classical musicians, with fine tea or NZ /French champagne.

The menu is a mixture of fancy cakes, pastries and savouries inspired by winter comfort foods and all the late season produce: Blood oranges, lemons, chocolate, feijoas, ginger and warming herbs spices, with a nod to a bit of spring silliness that is just around the corner. A great way to gather and celebrate the changing seasons.

As always I love to hear from anyone with home grown fruit/veg or herbs, or fruit preserves/relishes. I love to buy local so don’t be shy.

Plus: local classical-style musicians/singers (even confident students) who want to earn some money and get some local exposure, get in touch. August is already booked but there’s a high tea every 2 months. A great low-pressure performance opportunity that pays well and makes everyone’s high tea magical.
