On Thursday 10th October I had the honour of officiating Debbie's marriage to Kerry. It was her last wish and a privilege to meet this amazing woman and be a part of such a special day for her, surrounded by the people she loved the most.
Unfortunately Debbie lost her battle.
Her daughter asked me to be the celebrant at her funeral and although it was my first time in that role, it felt very special to be there for Debbie and her family. I learnt even more about Debbie, how kind, strong and how truly loved she is đź’•
