Rounding out the last of the artists at MADE is Mt Albert lamp shade maker Ron Crummer. His love of colour and curves wrapped in a philosophical approach are key elements to his work. Such a good MADE (Mt Albert Art + Design Exhibition} opening on Saturday November 2nd at our iconic Alberton house. Continues on from this Wednesday November 6th through to Saturday 9th inclusive. Come and check it out. 9 exhibitors showcase their works, some exhibitors from Mt Albert. As a special bonus, decide your favourite artworks/designs and go into a draw prize that is aimed at supporting our local businesses. It is the 3rd and final business to make up the "local business voucher pack" with a combined value of $200 to go into a draw during MADE exhibition at Alberton house next weekend starting Nov 2nd. Had the pleasure of meeting co owner Karen at design store Good thing today.

MADE will have a ballot box in the ballroom at Alberton during the exhibition period. Visitors are encouraged to vote for their favourite works. They will go into a draw to win a voucher each from the following Mt Albert stores. Beautiful gifts from Good thing, quirky and cool Triniti of Silver cafe and eco clothing store Everlasting. The draw has a total value of $200. Exhibition opens Saturday November 2nd from 10:30 am. MADE not only creates opportunities for local creatives and to engage communities, but to utilise and highlight local businesses where possible.
