Good on ya Issy 👏

Isabella Hellen was once again voted Employee of the Month by the team.

The reason?

She consistently goes out of her way to share what she knows and help others right across the company.

Here's just a few of the ways she's made a difference recently:

✨ Supporting team members with HubSpot calls & meetings

✨ Spending time in the warehouse to better understand what's happening and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement

✨ Helping raise standards by showing the team what good looks like and sharing her learnings

✨ Building strong trust with key clients through strong account management and then sharing what worked

✨ Recording the highest number of meetings & calls among our Account Executives in the last 30 days - well above KPI

✨ Constantly looking for ways to contribute including sharing ideas and opportunities she spots after hours that help our social content

Isabella spun the prize wheel and won a few hours off - we hop she uses it to do something nice for herslf.

Employee of the Month – April 👏

A big congratulations to Josh from our Inwards Goods team, who was recognised through nominations from across multiple departments company-wide.

There was lots of great feedback about the little things he does that make a big difference including:

✔️ Always checking the details to make sure he’s 100% clear on what’s needed
✔️ Taking initiative to improve safety without being asked
✔️ Keeping Dispatch Inwards cleared to zero consistently each week
✔️ Communicating proactively with account managers and support teams
✔️ Making the effort to check in on people and ask how they’re doing

Josh spun the prize wheel and won himself a late start on the day of his choosing.

Thanks for the attitude, care and consistency you bring to the team every day.
