Isabella Hellen was once again voted Employee of the Month by the team.

She consistently goes out of her way to share what she knows and help others right across the company.

✨ Spending time in the warehouse to better understand what's happening and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
✨ Helping raise standards by showing the team what good looks like and sharing her learnings
✨ Building strong trust with key clients through strong account management and then sharing what worked
✨ Recording the highest number of meetings & calls among our Account Executives in the last 30 days - well above KPI
✨ Constantly looking for ways to contribute including sharing ideas and opportunities she spots after hours that help our social content
