Consider these tips for your next homemade grazing:

1) Avoid grouping similar colors together; for instance, keep pesto dip away from green grapes and place dried apricots separately from mandarins. Distributing colors evenly enhances the overall visual appeal. (Small things you can get away with)

2) Elevate your presentation with garnishes! Transform the look of your board by adding herbs, greenery, or flowers after assembling; it can make a significant difference in its aesthetic!

3) Pay attention to the finer points – slice the cheese instead of leaving it whole, fold the salami instead of laying it flat, create a star shape with the kiwi, use skewers for the olives etc!! - and most importantly, have fun with the presentation!
(And leave salami roses in 2023, please)
