Our first retreat of the year was 22-23 Jan, 2022 😊 With covid and life's challenges, this retreat was created for our walk with Jesus into the new year. The government red light announcement was also made just as our retreat was coming to an end!

1️⃣ How do we deal with grief and anger, sadness, depression that may come with it?
2️⃣ What does mental health mean for us?
3️⃣ How can we cope with the normal stresses of life, it's challenges on top of covid and lockdowns etc?

🌺 Singing, humour and laughter throughout!
