There should be more cheese celebration days in my opinion! Thankfully there are! Today is the day to acknowledge the rich history and cultural significance of cheese and cheese-making techniques. However on 27 March we celebrate International Cheese Day.... the perfect opportunity to indulge in your favourite fromage!
