Let Me Out is a specialist team development company providing workshops and team building experiences for companies, teams and organisations.

We are recruiting for fun-loving, professional facilitators to help run our team-building activities and workshops in Wellington.

Positions Available:

▪️Lead Facilitators - experienced workshop and event leaders. Charismatic, confident and competent being at the front for clients and staff.

▪️Assistant Facilitators - emerging leaders with experience in events who work well in teams and are keen to develop their skills.

If you have experience in facilitating, coaching, adventure tourism, teaching, or performing and love being in the outdoors this could be your calling!

The hours are offered on a casual basis and typically would be between 4 and 6 hours per session. You will get full training and support and some great experiences to add to your CV. You will need excellent communication skills, be a real people person and be able to think on your feet to ensure that the clients get the very best experience every time.
