We are looking for a Floral Production Team Leader for our busy floral business.

About us:

We are a large floral company based in North Shore, Auckland selling fresh cut flowers to supermarkets. We purchase directly from growers, flower markets and we also import fresh flowers. We have a team of dedicated florists creating beautiful bouquets and a team of merchandisers who will sell our products.

About the position:

This role will suit someone who already had experiences in the floral industry. You will need to understand about flowers and you know how to catch the trend in the market in relation to flowers. You will be responsible for costing and designing of ranges that go out from our stores, and give this information to the team of florists who will create these. You will be working with the merchandisers, the buyers and suppliers so good communication skills is a must.

About you:
You need to have experiences in the floral industry and be comfortable leading a small team of dedicated florists and merchandisers. As we mentioned before, good communication skills is a must and also, you need to be physically fit, as there is lifting of buckets etc. daily.

We are a large floral company based in Auckland, and our merchandising team are now looking for their next floral Merchandiser star! For the right candidate there are further opportunities that present themselves within the company.

A bit about the position...

This role will suit someone who has a passion for flowers, perhaps having some experience working with fresh flowers or other fresh produce, however there will be full training provided for the right candidate. You will be delivering fresh cut flowers and plants to our stores within Auckland Region and maintaining our flower displays to a high standard. Early mornings and weekends may be required.

A bit about you...

You will be physically fit, as there can be some lifting involved and we require a valid, clean, full driver’s license as this is a job spending a lot of time on the road.
