The shop is open today (Saturday)11am till 4pm. It's a lovely day here in Waiuku. Spring is just around the corner.
Tomorrow (Sunday) we will be open from 12 till 4pm.

To friends near and far. My wonderful husband, Robert, passed away late on Saturday night, 15th June. He was here at home with his family. After a long struggle he can now rest in peace. Although feeling great loss and sadness I am so thankful to God for the many happy years we spent together.
Robert's funeral/memorial service will be held on Saturday 22nd June 12pm (NZ time) at St Andrews, Waiuku. The service will be live-streamed and recorded. If you would like a link please message me.

Due to family illness and dreary wet, winter weather Leafy Hollow will be closed until the end of June. Stay warm and dry out there😊 We will be back!

Just loving these gorgeous autumn colours.
Most of the flowers have gone to sleep for the winter but the trees are putting on a great show.
The shop will be open most weekends throughout the year (Saturday and Sunday 11am till 4pm). I will post here, and also on the website, if we have to close for any reason

Spent the day distilling delicious Lemon Myrtle (Backhousia Citriadora) for essential oil and hydrosol. Everywhere smells of sherbert lemons🍋 . Who remembers those lollies? You had to suck them for so long to get at the sherbert in the middle😀

Beautiful autumn days here at Leafy Hollow. It's coming up to pruning time but the English lavender (L.angustifolia) just keeps on flowering!
This weekend we are open 11am till 4pm on Saturday and 1pm till 4pm on Sunday.

We are open this weekend 3rd and 4th February from 11am till 4pm. The lavender has been harvested but stiil things to do and see around the garden.

This weekend we are open Friday 19th, Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st from 11am till 4pm. The distillation shed smells wonderful so come and enjoy the fragrances and see how we extract the essential oils.
These two products are our best sellers right now - Natural, organic Insect Repellent to keep away those pesky mozzies and Pillow Spray for the hot, sleepless nights! All sold out last week but new stock just made.

It's been a busy week picking and distilling the L.angustifolia (English lavender) and Lemon Myrtle. There are still areas of lavender around and plenty of colour in the garden. This weekend we are open Friday 12th, Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th from 11am to 4pm.

Patches of purple (and pink) are appearing around the garden as the Lavandula angustifolia (English lavender) comes into flower. Here at Leafy Hollow we don't grow acres of one kind of lavender but different cultivars flowering at different times. Pots of flowering lavender for sale $8 - $10.

Just loving the roses this year as they pop up everywhere in the garden. They are rambling, scrambling and thriving in spite of the weeds!! We are open today,25th, from 11am till 4pm, and tomorrow 26th, from 11am till 3pm.
