Our role? Creating the ultimate fan experience. From building grandstands and stages to managing entertainment zones and ensuring smooth logistics, we brought every detail together for a safe and vibrant atmosphere.

2021 NZ Tour. We designed the lighting, content and stage for the show and operated the 3 nights of this tour.

We designed the show and created content around a few key ideas. The Primary objectives were based on a circular LED screen behind the riser and creating content that was more of a texture and a space, as opposed to the normal ‘video screen’. The content was played back and controlled with and our VX4 server.

We provided the full LX control including our full size MA3, 120 Pixel Bars and Lasers (controlled with ) .
provided the fantastic crew and fixtures. Including, 48 .paky Sharpys, 16 BMFL’s, 32 Flares and 6 X4 Ls.

SailGP 2024 wasn’t just about the action on the water—it was about crafting a world-class experience both on and off the shore.

From grandstands and vibrant fan zones to seamless logistics, stakeholder management, and safety oversight, GPP proudly took the helm of operations and event management. We delivered multiple scaffolding Structures, over 35 marquees, grandstands for thousands of fans, and coordinated everything from fencing to shipping containers to bring this event to life.

As we look ahead to this weekend’s SailGP event, we’re thrilled to once again be part of delivering unforgettable experiences and raising the bar for fans around the world!

For this years New Zealand Ocean Festival we collaborated with Uno Loco on setting up the event hub in the harbour and getting all the elements and suppliers safely loaded in.

Remember the electrifying concerts that had Six60 dominating New Zealand stages in 2021 and 2022? We're taking a journey back to those unforgettable moments, where we proudly partnered with the band to deliver exceptional live experiences.

2021: Eden Park Makes History

We were thrilled to be part of history in 2021, collaborating on the first-ever major concert at Auckland's iconic Eden Park. Witnessing 50,000 fans erupt as Six60 belted out "Don't Forget Your Roots" under the city lights was truly magic. This landmark event saw the band achieve a monumental feat: the first sold-out Eden Park concert by an NZ artist! It was an honour to play a role in delivering such a groundbreaking moment.

2022: Six60 Saturdays

Fast forward to 2022, taking the good times on tour Six60 Saturdays! This nationwide stadium tour had everyone from Dunedin to Queenstown grooving to the sweetest Kiwi jams.

As we are getting ready to wrap up 2023, here is another throwback to one of our highlights from this year.

Back in September we had the honour of delivering the F1 Singapore Grand Prix 2023 Entertainment with an amazing lineup of artists represented by 88rising.

The groundbreaking two-hour showcase on the iconic Padang stage at the Marina Bay Street Circuit featured a diverse lineup of Asian artists. This marked the first-ever performance by a collective on this prestigious stage, amplifying Asian talent and culture on a global scale.

A star-studded lineup, the performance boasted a phenomenal mix of established and rising stars from across Asia, including (listed alphabetically):

After months of preparation and hard work, our team is so proud to have contributed to the delivery of a record-breaking ITM New Zealand Sail Grand Prix in Christchurch! Over 20,000 spectators witnessed the thrilling competition, making it the largest ticketed sailing event in history. Working with an array of local suppliers we provided 🎪 Over 35 marquees 🏗️ Approx. 15 scaffolding based structures 💺 4 grandstands, providing 8040 total seats 🚧 Approx. 3km of fencing and barriers 🚢 Placement of 102 shipping containers Season 4 of SailGP showcased the cutting-edge F50 catamarans reaching speeds of close to 50 knots (57 mph). The fierce competition culminated in a memorable victory for the New Zealand team. "A well-deserved win on home soil," commented Blair Tuke, NZ's wing trimmer. It's been a week since we wrapped up Synthony in the Auckland Domain 2024 in front of over 30000 attendees. Our team at Global Production Partners overlooked the full creative look and feel of the event. This year, we created a shallow yet wide stage design to allow us to create a more up close feeling. Additionally, we incorporated a significantly larger screen surface compared to our previous broken up design, which gave us more storytelling capabilities and the opportunity to showcase wide, cinematic visuals. The lighting design was also tailored to become an extension of the screen to enhance this even more. Our team completed the entire creative design for the 32-track show within a tight 6-week timeframe the majority of the content was rendered live using NOTCH what gave us lots of flexibility as most of the tracks were still getting finalised in the weeks leading up to the event. The show was visualised using Syncronorm Depence3 what was a necessity with the limited onsite time. Great to work with the @synthony team as always, looking forward to our next project together.
