However, currently our other attractions (bumper car, VR and arcades) are still available.

We have accomplished another wonderful year with our awesome team members and amazing customers! Thank you for all of your support!

Holiday Hours:

We will be closed from the 24th of December 2022 to the 5th of January.

Here are some Q&A's in relation to our closed period.

Q: What if we really want a game?
A: GET IN TOUCH Please! We are taking bookings for large groups during our closed period, if you are only a small group of friends, still get in touch, we can let you know when our team will be around for you to come in 😉

Q: How to contact us during the holidays?
A: Our phone line and email are monitored during our closed period. Give us a call or sent us an email, we will get back to ya ASAP.

On Friday to Sunday we open our normal hours Friday 4pm-10pm
Saturday 10am - 10pm
Sunday 10am - 6pm

And one Monday we open 12pm to 6pm

Next week from Tuesday onwards we open from 11am for school holiday!!

Hi fams,

The current covid situation has been extremely difficult on everyone.

Our team has been doing a wonderful job to keep our site clean and safe for all of our wonderful customers.

However due to the high case numbers, we have not had enough customers coming in during the last few weeks, and we still have all the fixed expenses to pay.

For now, we have decided as a family, the best approach for us going forward would be to shorten our opening hours until this covid wave has passed.

We will be temporarily closed on Mondays and Tuesdays till further notice.

From Wednesday to Sunday our normal opening hours apply:

Wednesday, Thursday 4pm to 9pm
Friday 4pm to 10pm
Saturday 10am to 10pm
Sunday 10am to 6pm

Hello everyone, long time no see!

Since the covid announcement on Monday, we have received many enquiries from our dear customers in regards to coming in in the coming weeks.

Auckland will enter into step 2 from 11:59 pm next Tuesday the 9th. Unfortunately, as an indoor family entertainment facility, we will not be able to reopen until Auckland enters step 3. Hence we are still closed with no reopening date at this stage. We will continue to monitor all the relevant information and will let you all know as soon as we have a reopening date (we are planning to reopen as soon as we are able to).

We'd love to take this opportunity to thank everyone for your support through this difficult time. As a small family-owned local business, we could not survive this without all of your support. So THANK YOU for your patience and understanding.

Megazone West Entertainment Center will temporarily close for the next 7 days or longer as advised by the Ministry of Health. This closure is effective from tonight. The safety of our guests and team members is our highest priority. We take the current situation with COVID-19 very seriously.

We are contacting all bookings as fast as we can at the moment. Please be patient, we will be in touch.
