Back at again today for Emily & Oscar’s wedding. The brief was “Summer Meadow” A bright mix of yellow, orange, red, pink & green blooms. I’ve used my eclectic bottle collection & a random placement of flowers of differing heights. Each table has seed lights & tea light candles & all are seated on my round mirror plates which reflect the colours & lights.

It was a busy day today. The flowers at Abel Estate looked great for Ye Jee & Noah’s wedding. I must say that I do love fresh flowers on the rotunda. I’m probably going to be a bit sore tomorrow. Up & down my ladder to put this together & just a little bit too much sun for this fair skin! All worth it though.

I almost forgot to post this! Yesterday’s wedding was a departure from my usual events, being a small, backyard affair. This was the bouquet of white blooms including Paeonies, Tulips (The bride’s personal favourites), Roses, Freesias, Ornithogalums & Dahlias.

I feel like I’ve run a marathon but I couldn’t be happier with the way everything turned out for Simone & Jason’s wedding today at . I used my new sage muslin table runners & chair drapes tied with bunches of Eucalyptus. The central table has a floral runner & the rest of the tables have an eclectic assortment of vases. I love the colour palette! It’s perfect for this venue.

We took a ride from Morningside to Swanson & back today. I captured this picture of Esme on Pop’s knee. It was a lovely activity & filled a couple of hours before Pop reported to Auckland Hospital. Tomorrow, all going well, he will be having his surgery. Next time we see him he will have a new heart valve. Your healing thoughts are most welcome.

For Imogen & Ben’s wedding at Valley Road Church I made these white & green arrangements & supplied additional flowers for her Mum to make the bouquets & buttonholes. We then went back after the ceremony & transported the arrangements to Ozone Cafe for their reception.

Floral Pocket Squares are a playful alternative to the more traditional buttonhole/boutonniere. I think they’re a bit of fun & I really enjoy creating them. Remember to unstitch the pocket opening though! Most new suit jackets come with the pocket tacked shut. 😛 #floralpocketsquare

A desire to cultivate her own design style & utilise her extensive knowledge & experience in Flower Design has lead her to establishing her own online store. Providing unique floral designs for delivery throughout the Auckland area.
