The Secret of the Secret Diamond - Boys Day In 2022
The Secret of the Secret Diamond - the movie!
"Boys Day In" was so much fun, and here is the proof.
Thank goodness for the Danger Club who claimed the diamond back from the sneaky Renegades!
Huge thanks to Clued Up for bringing their movie making magic.
And here are a couple of videos from our Takapuna Matariki day :) We had fun making and playing with titi torea (the stick game) and got to learn Tutira Mai with Marunui

Hello everyone,
I hope you've all had a great week.
Congratulations to all of you who completed last week's challenge every day.
This week's exercise is called Knee Marches.
This is a good movement for the muscles of your lower body.
To perform the exercise I will get you to stand with your feet shoulder width apart.
From this position I want you to lift your knee up to hip height then lower your foot back to the ground alternating between each leg.
Just like you would see people doing in a marching band.
I want you to march up and down on the spot for 90 seconds.
It's ok if you need to have a short rest but try to do the full 90 seconds without stopping.
This will be sure to get your heart rate up!
If doing this exercise in a standing position is difficult, have a go at it seated.
Complete the exercise every day for the next week.
Good luck everyone and get Marching!
Have a great week and see you all next Saturday.
Cheers,
Nick
