Con el corazón lleno de gratitud…

Querida comunidad,

Después de mucho pensarlo, hoy quiero compartir una noticia que me llena de emociones encontradas: hemos decidido cerrar las puertas de nuestro querido negocio de comidas.

No ha sido una decisión fácil. Cada empanada servida, cada sonrisa compartida, cada momento vivido entre markets y pedidos ha sido un regalo. Este lugar fue mucho más que un negocio; fue un sueño hecho realidad, un espacio de encuentro, sabor y cariño que solo fue posible gracias a ustedes.

A cada persona que alguna vez nos eligió, que confió en nuestro trabajo, que volvió por esa delicia favorita o nos recomendó con tanto amor: gracias, de todo corazón. Ustedes fueron el alma de este proyecto.

Nos despedimos con nostalgia, pero también con la certeza de haber dejado una huella, por pequeña que sea, en el corazón (y el paladar) de muchos. Nos llevamos recuerdos hermosos, aprendizajes y la infinita gratitud por haber formado parte de su mesa.

Dear community,

After much thought, today I want to share some news that comes with mixed emotions: we have decided to close the doors of our beloved food business.

This has not been an easy decision. Every empanada served, every smile shared, every moment lived between markets and orders has been a gift. This place was so much more than a business; it was a dream come true—a space of connection, flavor, and love that was only possible because of you.

To every person who ever chose us, who trusted in our work, who came back for that favorite treat or recommended us with so much love: thank you, from the bottom of our hearts. You were the soul of this project.

We say goodbye with nostalgia, but also with the certainty that we’ve left a mark—however small—in the hearts (and taste buds) of many. We take with us beautiful memories, valuable lessons, and endless gratitude for having been a part of your table.
