Found a beautiful florist in Menton yesterday on our walk in the rain ☔️ My photos probably don’t do it justice but it was just stunning.

Heading home arriving on Saturday after a couple of days saying goodbye to the family - can’t wait to see the garden, the dogs and of course all of you ###

San Gimignano for the day yesterday. A beautiful drive down there with hilltop villages and towns everywhere. It was lovely with great shopping and a yummy lunch. Last day with my gorgeous girl and Daniel so we had supper together at the monastery and someone even put on a fireworks display for us ❤️

We arrived in the mist and rain to a Monastery outside Lucca. When the clouds cleared it revealed the most amazing view. A day in Lucca and an evening watching the lights in the valley - heaven. ###x

Portofino in the drizzle is still worth it it is such a beautiful place. This time of year there’s not too many people. All of us loved it - well worth a visit whatever the weather ###

Éze for a quick stop before picking up two of our boys - the coastline here is mind blowing, the views are outstanding. Back to Menton via Monaco (didn’t stop that place is crazy 😳😳).

Not many flowers this time of year apart from plumbago, lantana and bougainvillea. I’d love to see this area in the spring it would be amazing.

Menton - this place is so pretty. The colours of the old town look amazing night and day. Old streets, great views, restaurants on the water - heaven and so worth visiting if your in this part of the world. Think it might be my favourite so far ###

La Croix-Valmer - what a beautiful part of the world and two wonderful days with friends and family - lots of great food, wine and sunshine. It was so lovely ###

Day 4 - Le Castellet and Bandol - two beautiful places. Mountain top village and port so different but full of gorgeous coloured homes, blue plumbago and olives everywhere. Definitely two for my plant shopping list on my return. A wonderful day ###

Day 3 - not such a great day weather wise but a beautiful drive to a hilltop town Mr Honeysuckle used to stay in years ago called La Cadière-d’Azur - weather looking good tomorrow so can’t wait to see that view from our room in the sunshine ###
