On this site you can select and pay for a Spanish course and then pick a venue to attend the class. ALL of these venues are fake! None of the classes are legitimate. Two creative workshops are coming to Meadowood Community Centre! Clay club will be Thursday evenings 8 Aug to 12 Sept (7pm to 9pm) and the Painting Workshop is on Tuesday mornings, 6 Aug to 10 Sept, 10am to 12pm. Email [email protected] for more info.

Drone survey to be done - The Meadowood Reserve tends to flood so the council are getting in specialists to design drainage solutions for the grass and park next to the Meadowood Community Centre. We wanted to let you know that they are planning a survey by drone on Wednesday 22 May, either before 9am or after 3:45pm. This will take a max of 1 hour.

Calling all Pre-schoolers! Music 4 Mini's has a FREE trial class this Thursday (2nd May) at the Community Centre 10:45am to 11:30am. It's an interactive, fun class that nurtures a love of music with young children. Come along to enjoy the free session this week.

EDIT: Work confirmed to begin 22 April. Parking lot resurfacing from Monday 22nd April - Please note that the car park is due to be resurfaced and you need to park on the street please while this is happening. ONLY PARENTS who have children in the Meadowood Community Creche may utilise any free front car parks. All other user groups are kindly asked to use the side streets and walk to the centre.

Attention all lovers of Chess - Exciting Easter Events are on at Chess Duckies !

On Easter Friday (29 March) we have an open lesson at 4:30 PM for kids 8-15 years old.
Topics covered:
- Checkmate vs. stalemate
- Double attack puzzles
- Staircase/or mate with Queen Drills
Bonus playing time until 6:30 PM for extra fun!

On Easter Monday (1 April) 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM we have casual chess for everyone! All ages and levels welcome! Come for interesting games to be played and meet fellow chess enthusiasts!
